Ever wanted to emulate your heroes? We're unleashing a lightweight, high-spirited race replica sled that's dominated the racing circuit for the past two seasons. Under the World's Fastest Snowmobile™ cornerstone, the Sno Pro® 500 is ready to race at on affordable price that might surprise you. The 500 2-stroke engine with batteryless EFI pulls out all the stops for dominating cross-country races, snocross tracks or your favorite ditch. AWS™ front suspension is a race-bred feature in concert with the Slide-Action Rear-Suspension™. Plus FOX® Zero Pro shocks have you covered on both ends. The agility of the 128" x 15" x 1.25" Cobra™ track keeps you solid on the trickiest of traits. The Sno Pro 500 is ready for anyone who wants a racing edge to their sled.


500 Laydown Engine - The 500 engine is a 2-stroke, 499 cc liquid twin with batteryless electronic fuel injection. The engine is "laid down" in the chassis to move snowmobile mass toward the ground and effectively lower the center of gravity. BEFI adjusts for temperature and altitude. Count on quick starts, great fuel economy and cleaner emissions.


Sno Pro Race Chassis - This chassis is designed to be strong and take all the punishment the race track dishes out. Built with a combination of 4130 chrome-moly and extruded aluminum, it forms a pyramidal structure that will give you the race ride you desire.


128" x 14" x 1.0 Track - This one is not your typical 15" track. Nope, this one's a 14" x 128" x 1.0". These measurements are shorthand for "FAST."


FOX® Zero Pro IFP Ski Shocks - The Sno Pro® 500 gets the advantage of the new AWS™ VIII double-wishbone A-arms and FOX® Zero Pro IFP shocks.


Slide-Action Rear Suspension™: Straight from the Sno Pro® race sled. Slide-Action Rear Suspension™ incorporates a U—shaped front arm slot that fits over a shaft bolted across the tunnel. This creates a half—inch of "sliding" movement, preventing the front arm from torque locking. Better still, it helps keep the skis planted during acceleration, all but eliminating ski lift when gassing it through the corners.
